Refund policy

At PICKY SHOPS, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • The request is raised within 3–7 days of delivery

📌 Important: You must provide unboxing video/photo proof for damaged or incorrect items.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal use items (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@pickyshops.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos/videos as proof
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within [5–7 BUSINESS DAYS]
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

For COD Orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • UPI / Bank Transfer
  • You must provide correct payment details

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification
  • Subject to product availability

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → we cover return shipping
  • If return is for other reasons → shipping charges may apply

8. Important Conditions (VERY IMPORTANT ⚠️)

  • Claims without proper proof (video/photo) may not be accepted
  • Minor differences in color/design due to lighting/screens are not considered defects
  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or abusive claims
